Bands |
 Charleston has an exciting music scene full of party bands, blues bands, jam bands, new metal, original and acoustic acts. Since I like to shoot in ambient light, music venues provide an ideal setting and musicians are ideal subjects. My perspective as a photographer and producer of music is to capture images of bands submerging themselves into the moment.

Musicians |
 Musicians are a fascinating lot. I have spent a major part of my life playing in all kinds of musical situations so I have a sense of what musical artists are trying to project to their audience. I try to capture that essence in my photographs of them. |
Venues |
 The Windjammer, The Music Farm, Awendaw Green, and A Dough Re Mi are amongst my favorite venues in Charleston. But I'll photograph music anywhere it is being performed. I like the Windjammer for its lighting system and the many unique angles one can find throughout the building. |
